Workshop Fees
*$500.00 deposit due upon registration per person.
*Event Fee Can Be Split Into Equal Payments From The Day You Book Until Feb 15th, 2015. Final Event Fee Balance is Due Feb 15th, 2015
*Non-Participating Significant Others or Guests traveling with the group to land locations will be subject to a $1200.00 event fee.

A $250 Deposit Per Person ($500 for private cabins) is due immediately to the cruise agent to reserve your space.
Final Cabin Balance Due February 1st, 2015
If you prefer different accommodations, just ask our agent Renee.
After you make an event fee deposit, you will be contacted by our agent Renee Gerber to book your cabin.
For example, if you are booking an inside cabin (IE) with a cabin mate:
Your accommodation fee is $869.68 and your event fee is $3125.
Your total week long experience is $3995.
*Airfare not included, ground transportation from your hotel to the ship and departing the ship at the end of the workshop not included. Event fees are non-refundable.

Travel Notes:
It is suggested that you arrive the day ahead of departure from
Barcelona and depart the day after you arrive back in Barcelona,
although you can fly out the same day
Suggested Accommodations day of arrival and departure in Barcelona TBD
Weather: The temperatures at sea are always cooler than land temps and will range from 50-75 degrees so layers are recommended as well as wet weather gear. (although this is the dry season on the Amalfi Coast)
Suggested Gear:
Below is a list of suggested equipment and supplies.
1. A Digital SLR or Point and Shoot Camera or iPhone.
2. An original or downloaded copy of your camera’s owner manual
3. A variety of lens from wide angle, telephoto and various zoom lenses
4. Memory cards
5. Batteries (at least 2) and/or chargers
6. A tripod fitted with a good easy to maneuver tripod head.
8. A remote shutter release for long exposures and to avoid camera shake.
9. A circular polarizer filter

There are two fees associated with each booking.
1. Photography Workshop event fee: $3125.00*
Includes on-board training and on location instruction, one-on-one mentoring, private image critiques, ground transportation to all locations, conference room and AV equipment rentals, all planning and logistic expenses associated with the workshop.*$500.00 deposit due upon registration per person.

19. A Hoodman Loupe, such as this one or this one. This is an AWESOME accessory to look at your LCD screen in the bright sun or to see what you’re really capturing.

20. A Graduated Neutral Density Filter such as this
in YOUR filter size to help darken the sky and avoid blown out
highlights if you are not going to shoot HDR, which ALL of you with a
DSLR can do. Shooting in HDR mode will fix that bright/dark issue (you
will be trained on that).

Note:
David is a specialist at using a handheld light meter and custom white
balancing! If you want to learn how David uses these tools, then he
recommends also: A hand held incident and/or spot meter. I recommend
this Sekonic L758 or this Sekonic L478 with this spot attachment that’s made for the L478 and a gray target for optimal white balance, such as this.
Electricity: On board standard USA plug, hotel may vary.
All fees paid specifically for cruise events are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All payments make to travel agents and cruise lines will be subject to their specific refund policies.
Refund Policy: Workshops
are limited to a specific number of attendees, all workshop purchases
are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on each individual workshop
webpage. Most workshop purchases are transferable to another attendee if
need be.
